A special Pocso court sentenced a 32-year-old man from Pithoragarh district to 20 years of rigorous imprisonment on Saturday after finding him guilty of raping a 15-year-old girl in 2000. The court fined him Rs 1 lakh, with an additional five years in jail if the fine is not paid
