Chelsea have qualified for the Champions League with Levi Colwill's goal against Nottingham Forest enough to secure the Blues fourth-place in the Premier League table.
Pedro Neto went the closest for the visitors in the first-half, volleying over from Cole Palmer's cross. Not long before half-time, Chris Wood did the same for Forest.
Chelsea were ahead, though, early into the second period. Colwill tapped the ball into an empty net after Pedro Neto kept the opportunity alive for the Blues in front of a jubilant away section at the City Ground.
Below, Bobby Vincent rates the Chelsea players out of 10 based on their performance in Nottingham.
Robert Sanchez - Kicks it out of play early on trying to find Colwill. Not a lot to do, really. 6.
Reece James - Great challenge on Morgan Gibbs-White around four minutes in to prevent a decent scoring opportunity. Passed it well of course. 7.
Tosin Adarabioyo - Perhaps a few were surprised to see Tosin instead of Trevoh Chalobah. Gave the ball away needlessly early on but he also won a lot of duels. Imperious today. 8.
Levi Colwill - The most crucial goal of his career. Did well to stick around up there and gambled at the right time. It felt like it went in slow motion waiting for him to tap it into an empty net. 8.
Marc Cucurella - Did well. Likes a fierce contest and loves being the villain to the home crowd. 6.
Moises Caicedo - One of Chelsea's best performers on the day. Had a real battle with Gibbs-White, one of Forest's star players, and did really well. 7.
Enzo Fernandez - His passing was wayward at times. A frustrating display all in all. 5.
Noni Madueke - Started brightly, looking to take his man on at every opportunity. However, he drifted in and out of the game. 6.
Cole Palmer - Had moments of quality but was once again dropping too deep. It is much harder to influence what happens in the attacking third when you are coming to collect the ball from the defenders. 6.
Jadon Sancho - Nowhere near as involved as you would have hoped. Subbed about an hour in. 4.
Pedro Neto - Led the line in place of Tyrique George. Missed a good chance on the 30-minute mark. Does really well, though, at the start of the second-half to set Colwill up. 7.
SUBS
Romeo Lavia (on for Sancho 62') - The right time to bring him on with Chelsea protecting the lead. Did well. A few surprised he didn't start. 6.
Malo Gusto (on for Neto 78') - Some minutes at the end. Did okay. N/A.
Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall (on for Madueke 87') - Minutes. N/A.
