Taylor Swift fans are going wild over a 'Mastermind' tour-themed game — but what exactly is It? How can you play? And can you win prizes?
Well, it's one of the best challenges out there if the reaction of Swifties is anything to go by. While the game isn't affiliated with Taylor Swift or her team, it's well-known among fans who share their experiences on TikTok and X.
Accessed via an app called 'Swift Alert', the viral 'Mastermind' game is all about Eras Tour predictions. Fans are challenged to guess what they'll see onstage at an upcoming Eras Tour show, then they're rewarded if they're on the money, hence why so many Swifties take to social media to compare answers when they're enjoying the game.

Yes. While Swift Alert offers a $1.99 (£1.59) all-access upgrade, the 'Mastermind' game is included in the free version of the app, as per Swift Alert's website.
The FAQ section explains you can enter a game once it's listed as 'Available' and you'll be able to see your submissions live in the app when the game begins. Check back to see the answers and how many points you were awarded.
Can you win prizes?"The winner of each Mastermind game will receive a prize, which varies from night to night. We list the prize for the game on social media and link it in the Swift Alert app on the Livestreams page," the website explains.
How do you win the game?Obviously, you've got to be a mastermind. So, winning the game is easier said than done. Players guess the answers to a series of questions about Taylor Swift's costumes, her surprise songs and the like. If you're paying close attention to her shows, you might use recent answers to inform your predictions i.e. if you think she's not likely to repeat a certain costume, but even then it's no easy task — and that's the fun of it.
Swifties love comparing their answers online, celebrating their wins and lamenting their losses. Even if you don't play, it's rather fun to watch.
