A Domino's customer was left seething after their pepperoni pizza arrived with an unexpected extra – a tool usually kept behind the counter.

However, social media users have told the disgruntled diner to quit grumbling about the bonus item, with some suggesting it actually increases the value of their meal.

The customer in question vented on /X, questioning the addition to their order. They posted: " please explain to me why this came with my pizza delivery ... I just don't remember ordering this item with my two topping medium pizza." Accompanying the tweet was a photo showing the pepperoni pizza and a pizza cutter that had apparently been mistakenly boxed with the food.

The image, and the cutter's unintended delivery has since gone viral once again after being reshared. The original tweeter @jierdoispharaoh, who first shared his dismay in 2021, fumed: "Ima need y'all to come pick this damn pizza cutter up before I put it on ... times rough."

In response to the posts, plenty of members of public told the people to stop their moaning and appreciate the free pizza slicer. One person humorously remarked: "Man you got a free cutter that's a damn gift cheer up." Another commented: "That's actually awesome, that cutter works amazing." Yet another chimed in with: "Be grateful bro."

Some people made light of the situation, joking that the pizza slicer was "better than a Happy Meal toy", while others suggested the customer was being ungrateful.

Meanwhile, a few cheeky commenters said they'd be tempted to keep the kitchenware for themselves. One joked: "You better wash that thing and put it in your drawer."

Domino's has been contacted for comment regarding the viral tweets.
