Manchester United are confident none of the executives they have recruited from neighbours will be implicated in the 115 charges case being fought by the champions.
United recruited City's former Chief Operations Officer, Omar Berrada, to be their new Chief Executive, in a controversial and high-profile switch between the two local rival clubs. Jason Wilcox, formerly City's Academy Director, was also appointed by United earlier this year, from his role as Southampton's Director of .
Berrada, who started his new role at United in July, was the only witness to be called to give evidence on behalf of City earlier this week at the employment tribunal into the defender Benjamin Mendy's claim for £11million in unpaid wages.

That raises the prospect of Berrada also being called to give evidence in the Premier League's case against City, with the four-in-a-row title winners fighting charges relating to alleged breaching of financial regulations and failing to cooperate with the investigation.
United are confident Berrada will not be implicated in the ongoing case involving his former employers and are satisfied he was not involved in any wrongdoing during his time at City.
Berrada has been involved in the United power broker committee who have decided to persevere with manager Erik ten Hag despite the club's poor start to the season.
Speaking last month, he said: "I'm very excited and very optimistic at what we have in front of us. We're starting to put the right pieces in place and I'm absolutely convinced we're going to be successful.
"We don't want to just win one Premier League and then be satisfied. We want to create a team capable of competing for the , the Premier League and the domestic cups on a consistent basis.
"To build that, we need to be doing more of what we have done in this window. We have addressed priority positions that were identified very early on and we were able to do it in a financially sustainable way."
