Yahoo Mail users worldwide are unable to access their accounts amid a global outage.
Users say they are unable to access their emails through its app, which keeps shutting down as they try to use it. It was first detected on Down Detector earlier this evening.
One person said on X: "Is anyone else having trouble signing in to Yahoo mail? I tried the mobile app and also the webmail, and both show my inbox for a second and then shut down."
A Yahoo spokesman posted on social media shortly after the outage: "Some users may be experiencing crashes with the Yahoo app. We are currently investigating the issue and will provide updates as necessary."
