HURL Recruitment 2025: Hindustan Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited (HURL) has invited applications for recruitment to technical and executive posts. This recruitment is being done for posts like Engineer, Manager, and Supervisor. The cut-off date for calculation of age and experience has been fixed as 30 June 2025. A total of 39 posts will be filled through this recruitment drive, including 35 regular appointments and 4 FTC appointments.

Recruitment for Technical and Executive Posts
Hindustan Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited (HURL) has launched a major recruitment drive, in which recruitment will be done for technical and executive posts. This recruitment drive is being organized for the company's three operational fertilizer plants, Gorakhpur, Sindri, and Barauni. This company has been formed by 5 major public companies of India:

Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL)

National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC)

Coal India Limited (CIL)

Fertilizer Corporation of India Limited (FCIL)

Hindustan Fertilizer Corporation Limited (HFCL)

Passing a medical test is mandatory.

A medical test will be necessary before the appointment of selected candidates. This test will be done as per the rules and standards of HURL. Only those candidates will be considered eligible for selection who are found completely fit in this medical exam.

For how long will the appointment be?

Candidates selected for regular posts will first be kept on a trial (probation) for 1 year. During this time, the jobs of those who perform well will be made permanent, while the period for the rest can be extended. At the same time, candidates appointed to FTC (contract) posts will initially get a 3-year contract, which can be extended by 2 years as per need and performance. This appointment will not be considered permanent.

Salary Details
In this recruitment, the pay scale is different according to the posts. The salary can range from INR 24.50 lakh per annum to INR 48.30 lakh per annum (approx).
