BSE Q2 PAT soars 61% YoY to Rs 558 crore, revenue jumps 44%

BSE reported a 61% growth in its consolidated Q2 net profit at Rs 558 crore versus Rs 347 crore in the year ago period. The profit after tax (PAT) is attributable to the shareholders of the company.

The company's revenue form operations in the September ended quarter stood at Rs 1,068 crore, which was up 44% over Rs 741 crore in the corresponding quarter of the last financial year.

BSE's profit after tax (PAT) increased 3.5% on a sequential basis versus Rs 539 crore reported by it in Q1FY26 while the topline grew 12% on a quarter-on-quarter basis compared to Rs 958 crore posted in the April-June quarter of FY26.

BSE's Average Daily Turnover (ADTV) in the equity cash segment took a hit of 19% YoY in H1FY26 at Rs 7,584 crore compared to Rs 9,396 crore in H1FY25.
