The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is all set to declare the CA May 2025 results for Foundation, Intermediate, and Final levels on 6 July 2025.
Candidates who appeared for the exams can check their results online by visiting the official ICAI websites. To access the results, they must enter their roll number, registration number, and password.

Along with the results, ICAI will publish a merit list online, featuring the top 50 rank holders for each level. To view the merit list, candidates need to enter their registration or roll number along with the security code displayed.
ICAI CA Passing Criteria
To clear any level of the CA exams, candidates must:

- CA Final and Intermediate results will be released around 2 PM
- CA Foundation result will be announced at 5 PM
- Intermediate Group 1: 3, 5, and 7 May
- Intermediate Group 2: 9, 11, and 14 May
- Final Group 1: 2, 4, and 6 May
- Final Group 2: 8, 10, and 13 May

- Click on the “Result Portal” and select your exam, Foundation, Intermediate, or Final.
- Enter your roll number and either registration number or PIN.
- Enter the captcha code as shown.
- Click on “Check Result.”
- Your result will appear on the screen, download and save it for future reference.

ICAI CA Passing Criteria

- Score at least 40% in each subject
- Secure a minimum aggregate of 50% across all subjects in that group
- Both conditions are necessary to be declared as passed.
