Aston Villa are likely to do what they can to resist transfer interest in Morgan Rogers from and elsewhere this summer, with the attacking midfielder viewed as an integral part of their future plans.
Rogers, 22, has since moving to Villa Park from Middlesbrough in January 2024. He has 14 goals and 13 assists to his name this season and even won his first senior England cap late last year after thriving in Unai Emery's set-up.
Such form and it's understood that the Premier League's top three - plus Chelsea - have all been keeping an eye on the former starlet's progress.

It's said that Chelsea would like to add more goals and creativity to their squad, hence their interest in Rogers. He joined Villa for just £15million after half a campaign with Middlesbrough.
While Rogers is beginning to attract admiring glances from elsewhere, Villa themselves have begun to re-establish themselves among the Premier League's elite under Emery, who has worked wonders since replacing in late 2023.

Rogers was lauded by Manchester City boss in the season after dazzling on the biggest stage this season. The former Premier League champions gave Rogers the green light to move on without making a single first-team appearance for City.
