Catherine Zeta Jones posed completely naked to celebrate her “birthday twin” husband Michael Douglas.

The couple, who have been married since 2000, marked their joint birthday on social media, as the Basic Instinct star turned 80, and the Welsh actress celebrated her 55th birthday on Wednesday. “Happy Birthday to Michael and to me!! This was us on our birthday 25 years ago!” Catherine wrote alongside a throwback snap of her and Michael on a sweet date. “I love you with all my heart, our friend @jeanpigozzi snapped us in New York!!”

Michael also took to social media to celebrate his wife, as he shared a gorgeous photo of the Swansea-born star. “To my birthday sister, I love you with all my heart! May your new year be the best! @catherinezetajones,” he wrote, as Catherine replied in the comments: “Thank you sweetheart!!!” The stunning actress ramped up the celebrations with a racy snap on Twitter, as she cheekily hinted that she was Michael’s birthday present.

Posting a black-and-white photo of her posing naked in a bathroom, the Oscar-winning actress wrote: “In my birthday suit! After over 25 years of sharing my birthday day with my husband, I am running out of gift ideas! This is gift option two, golf balls being option one … of course.” The couple, who will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary next year, share two children - son Dylan, 23, and daughter Carys, 21.

In an interview earlier this year, the Ant-Man star confessed he and Catherinehave an X-rated bet with each other when they play golf. “Whip it out. Drop the trou and whip it out,” the Wall Street star quipped on The View in July. “I’m going to be 80 now in September, so now I play off of ladies' tees, too. So I don’t have to do that anymore.” Last year, he revealed he and Catherine strip off during their golf games, and insisted it was only something he did with his wife.

“The rules are I have to whip it out if I don’t hit it past the ladies’ tees, which I manage most of the time,” he told The Guardian. “But there have been times when we’re playing alone and have to give her a little show because we are competitive. But only when I play with my wife.” The couple have regularly discussed their relationship over the years, and Michael sweetly revealed what he said to Catherine on their first ever meeting in 1998.

“I said to her after about half an hour [of hanging out], ‘You know, I’m going to be the father of your children,’” he said in 2016. “It sounded good, and she said, ‘You know, I’ve heard a lot about you, and I’ve seen a lot about you, and I think it’s time I say good night.’”
