A star's girlfriend has been rushed to hospital after suffering from a cardiac arrest. who appeared on the show last year went public with his new relationship just days ago and how now been supporting his girlfriend after a terrifying health scare.

Social media influencer Em Leah, 22, who is dating told her online followers that she was taken into hospital after her "heart stopped." Taking to social media, she reassured her followers that she was recuperating after the incident as she thanked Sam for his support.

Sharing a video of her in hospital, which showed hairdresser Sam pushing her down the corridors, she penned: "Not sure I could've done it without you." In another snap which showed Em in a hospital bed with a cannula in her arm, she said: "Cardiac arrest and heart stopping on me... Was not on todays to do list.

"I'm okay and in the best place, thank you for all the messages." Sharing a picture of her family, she added: "Not sure where I would be like if I didn't have such amazing people around me." In another upload from her hospital bed showing the ceiling, Em said: "Am really going to struggle to reply to everybody!

"But thank you all again for your kind messages! Honestly put so many things into perspective for me and just made me appreciate the little things. Just a reminder you know what's round the corner and you never know when your last days going to be! Be kind and always."

The influencer who boasts 155,000 followers on the Meta photo-sharing platform continued: "Just waking up everyday, breathing, feeling my heart beat - those are the miracles. My body, even after everything, brought me back. And for that, I am in awe of it.

"I am learning to love myself in a way I never did before - not for how 'perfect' I look or how 'together my life is, but for simply being here. Alive. This experience has reminded me how fragile and beautiful life really is. I don't need to control it - I just need to live it, moment by moment, with gratitude."

Em's scary health issue comes just days after the couple went public with their romance. They shared a slew of snaps on social media together as they rocked a matching outfit. Both dressed in black, they offered a sultry gaze towards the camera. Sam was sat down while Em wore a little black dress as she rested her hand on her new boyfriend's shoulders.

"Newest addition," they captioned their upload alongside a black heart to match their outfits. Friends and followers rushed to the comment section to react to the news. Musician Hugo Godfroy penned: "Andddd take off," alongside a rocket emoji. Influence Holly Hawkins-Smith gushed: "Happy looks good on you my girl."

Love Island's Lionel Awudu added: "The lovely couple." "Damn sexy couple alert, glad you found someone," gushed another follower. Em later shared a picture of herself in black lace lingerie sitting on a sofa as Sam cut away at her hair. She wrote: "Princess treatment."

Sam had previously teased their romance by sharing a selfie of himself and Em at the gum last month. At the time, a source told : "Sam is in the early stages of a new relationship and things are going really well. His mates are joking he's acting different now he's got a missus, he's finally tamed!"

He is not the first star that Em has dated after she previously struck up a romance with Kodie Muprhy back in 2023. Jodi appeared on series ten of the show, entering as a Casa Amor bombshell.
