Why Liverpool have a different shirt sponsor for Premier League clash with Chelsea

Liverpool will wear the logo of Standard Chartered's community engagement programme 'Futuremakers' for their match against , rather than the logo of the bank itself.

Standard Chartered's own logo usually adorns the front of the Reds' shirts. However, for the Chelsea game, the Futuremakers brand will take its place.

Liverpool's women also wore the Futuremakers kit for their match against on October 13. Ahead of the two fixtures, the Merseyside club announced that a number of signed shirts would be auctioned off on fundraising platform Charity Stars.

Standard Chartered's programme is designed to support the next generation overcome inequality when it comes to access to resources. It runs individual programmes in the UK and the US in the fields of entrepreneurship, education and employability.
