Karwa Chauth 2024: The festival of Karwa Chauth is considered very important for married women. On this day, women fast for a long life, good health, and happy family of their husbands and perform Puja in the evening after the moonrise. After the Puja, women break their fast by offering Arghya to the moon. Every woman is eager to see the moon on this day. As soon as the moon appears at night, women break their fast by looking at their husbands' faces through a sieve.
Sometimes this wait becomes very difficult because the moon does not come on time. This fast is opened only after the moon rises. But sometimes the moon is not visible due to clouds or rain. In such a situation, fasting women start worrying. If something like this happens to you too, then there are some ways to break the fast.
If the moon is not visible on Karwa Chauth, then do this remedy
If the sky is cloudy due to bad weather in your city and you are unable to see the moon, then you can adopt a good remedy to break the fast. For this, you can break the fast by meditating and facing the direction from where the moon rises.
If the moon is not visible in the sky on the day of Karva Chauth, then women can also worship the moon on the head of Lord Shiva. After this also they can break their fast. Along with this, you can also break the fast by going to the temple.
If the moon is not visible in the sky, you can break the fast by making a moon out of rice and worshipping it. For this, you have to make moon-shaped rice on the puja plate and place it in the direction of the rising moon. During this, you have to chant the mantra "Om Chaturthi Chandraya Namah". Then break the fast by worshipping the waning moon.
Alternatively, you can watch the moon rise in a relative or acquaintance's city and then break the fast by worshiping it.
