Bageshwar Dham Sarkar: A devotee died in Bageshwar Dham due to the collapse of a tent before his birthday, due to which Baba Dhirendra Shastri cancelled all his programmes. He reiterated his vow to make a Hindu nation.

Dhirendra Krishna Shastri News: 4th July is the birthday of Peethadheeshwar Dhirendra Krishna Shastri of Bageshwar Dham. On this occasion, a large number of devotees reached the Dham a day before i.e. on 3rd July. Special preparations were made for Baba's birthday, but a tragic accident happened before the celebration.

In fact, one devotee died and 5 others were injured when the tent collapsed. After this accident, Baba announced the immediate cancellation of all cultural and entertainment programs.

On Thursday (3 July) night, Baba Dhirendra Shastri addressed the devotees through a walkthrough in the court and informed about the cancellation of the programs. He said that due to this tragic accident, only spiritual programs will be held in the Dham, all other cultural presentations are postponed. The devotees present at the Dham remained peaceful during this decision and expressed condolences to the victim's family.

Some people want to make the country Pakistan- Dhirendra Shastri

On his birthday, Baba Dhirendra Shastri welcomed the devotees who had come to the Dham and said that his life's goal is to make India a Hindu nation. He said, "Some people want to make the country Pakistan, but we are moving with the resolve to take India in the direction of Sanatan culture." Baba also appealed to end caste discrimination in the society and said that this is his main objective.

Baba also reacted on political controversies. He expressed concern over the recent incident of assault on a storyteller in Uttar Pradesh and said that these incidents are against the culture of India. On the allegations made by Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav, he said, "Whoever has feelings, he will think the same. We work with the feeling of welfare of all, the rest of the society will decide for itself who is right and who is not."
