latest move has "missed the mark", according to a PR expert. The Duchess of Sussex's new Lemonada podcast - a follow up to Archetypes - plummeted out of the 100 list, both in the US and UK. Confessions of a Female Founder podcast is the latest creation from the 43-year-old. The former royal is said to have previously made overtures to A-list stars such as Beyoncé and Taylor Swift to appear on her new podcast and it is allegedly already in crisis talks after four episodes.
Now, an expert has declared the duchess unfortunately "missed an opportunity" with her latest project. Despite having a wealth of resources, commentator Edward Coram-James, CEO of PR and SEO agency , suggested an addition to the podcast may not have been the "best choice".

Speaking exclusively to , he shared: "Starting Meghan's podcast with ads might not be the best choice. It seems like an attempt to capture her voice, but it doesn't quite hit the mark.
This could make listeners feel she didn't record it herself or that there's a lack of genuine connection from her team. It risks compromising her brand's essence of authenticity, connection, and empowering women.
If her voice isn't present in the opening, it raises questions about the trustworthiness of the message."
Edward added introducing the podcast this way lacked "authenticity" for the listener.
He added: "While many podcasters might typically start with ads, Meghan has the resources and support to craft something truly unique.
Instead, we're met with ads that feel like they're coming from a less-than-convincing Meghan Markle impersonator - a disappointing missed opportunity."
In the latest episode of Meghan's podcast she spoke with with Hannah Mendoza, founder of Clevr Blends, and discussed how she turned a daily ritual into a multimillion-dollar business.
