After a disappointing series against New Zealand, India will aim to pull off a heist when they land in Australia for the five-match Test series. India won their past two Test series Down Under and the Rohit Sharma-led India will back themselves to once again do wonders on the Australian soil.Before the all-important series, Ruturaj Gaikwad-led India A are facing Australia A in a two-match unofficial Test series. A few players who are part of the Test team are playing for India A.The Indian Express has reported that the BCCI has decided to add two more players to the India A squad. KL Rahul and Dhruv Jurel will leave for Australia soon and will participate in the second unofficial Test match, starting Thursday (November 7).Dhruv didn't play a game in the home season. Rishabh Pant made his Test comeback against Bangladesh and he played all five Tests at home. He is India's first-choice wicketkeeper-batsman while Dhruv is his backup.Rahul played three out of five home Tests before getting dropped. Both the batsmen will get much-needed game time before the start of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. Dhruv's return could see Ishan Kishan getting benched. Ishan isn't part of the Test squad.India A were also scheduled to play an intra-squad match against India a week before the start of the Test series but that was cancelled."I think sometimes when you play that practice match, we are travelling with a squad of 19 players and only 3 days were a lot allotted to us. And I don’t know how much workload can we get done in those 3 days in terms of getting everyone prepared," captain Rohit Sharma said at a post-match press conference during the third Test match against New Zealand.Rohit is doubtful for the series opener due to personal reasons and a clear word on him should be out in the next few days. Jasprit Bumrah will lead India if Rohit misses the Perth Test match, starting November 22.
