New Delhi: ACME Solar Holdings share price made a lackluster start on the stock market on November 13 as it was listed on exchanges at a steep discount. ACME Solar Holdings shares were listed on the NSE for Rs 251 each, which was 13.15 per cent less than the issue price of Rs 289 a share.ACME Solar Holdings shares were listed on the BSE at Rs 259 each, a 10.38 per cent discount.ACME Solar Holdings' share listing was weaker compared to the street's anticipations of a flat debut. Stock market experts and ACME Solar Holdings' IPO GMP have suggested that the share listing would be flat, or at the IPO price.

According to the BSE, the company’s shares are listed under the ‘B’ Group of Securities and will be part of a Special Pre-Open Session (SPOS) today to ensure a smooth start on the exchanges. The public offering included a fresh issue of 8.29 crore shares valued at Rs 2,395 crore, along with an OFS of 1.75 crore shares amounting to Rs 505 crore. The IPO attracted substantial interest, achieving an overall subscription rate of 2.75 times its initial offering. Retail investors showed strong demand, with their portion subscribed 3.10 times.
