Ted Cruz 'Spamming' Texas Voters With Donation Texts As Race vs Colin Allred Heats Up

Voters in Texas are getting tired of incumbent Senator Ted Cruz. Hundreds complained on social media, saying the Republican's campaign is spamming them with dozens of donation texts on a daily basis. This comes as the 53-year-old is facing Democrat Rep. Colin Allred in a tight Senate race. A survey conducted by The New York Times and Siena College showed that Ted Cruz holds a slim lead over Allred.
