Prithviraj Sukraman is one of the most prominent actors in the Malayalam film industry. Seen in Bollywood's 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan' the actor is also getting himself familiar with the Hindi film industry. He has bought a property worth Rs 30 crore in Pali Hill, Bandra.
In an exclusive conversation with Varun Singh, who is the founder of Square Feat India, Etimes learned that the 'Salaar' actor bought a luxurious duplex apartment in Bandra West, Mumbai.
He said, "Prithviraj Sukumaran’s production house purchased a luxury duplex in Narain Terraces, Pali Hill, Bandra (West), Mumbai, for Rs. 30.6 crore. The apartment covers 276 sq. m. (approximately 2,971 sq. ft.) and includes four car parking spaces of 40 sq. m. (about 431 sq. ft.). The transaction incurred a stamp duty of Rs. 1.84 crore, with a registration fee of Rs. 30,000. The deal was signed on September 12."
Prithviraj Sukraman would be expected to work more closely with the Hindi film industry suggested by his significant purchase. The actor who made his debut in Bollywood with 'Aiyya' in 2012 was last seen in a Hindi film alongside Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff, playing the primary villain in 'Bade Miyan Chote Miyan' released this year, the movie was not able to make a mark at the box office.
Prithviraj recently was a part of some of the biggest films including 'Salaar' sharing screen with Prabhas. They will be again seen together in the next part of the film, named, 'Salaar Part 2: Shouryanga Parvam' which will be under production.
Additionally, he showed his acting skills in the highly critically rated movie, 'Aadujeevitham: The Goat Life'.
