Los Angeles’ Intuit Dome became the center of attraction as it hosted the first-ever playoff game on Thursday night. The Denver Nuggets and the Los Angeles Clippers met each other for Game 3 in a vibrant environment splashed with the presence of celebrities. Dallas Mavericks’ Kyrie Irving was one of them who was spotted doing superstar stuff at the courtside.



Kyrie Irving had come for the Nuggets-Clippers game with his wife and looked fine and excited. The NBA covered his outing on their X account.









He was captured dribbling, greeting the players, and clicking photos with a few kids. Irving had to cut short his 2025 season due to the ACL surgery he underwent on March 26.



Revisiting Kyrie Irving’s last appearance as a player in 2025 season


Kyrie Irving was playing from the Dallas Mavericks’ side against the Sacramento Kings on March 3, when he suffered a torn ACL in his left knee. The injury happened in the first quarter of the game, but he continued to play for some time, shooting two free throws. After this, he was helped out of the court and suggested surgery, which took place on March 26.








Due to the surgery, Irving had to cut short his 2024-2025 season. His sighting at the Nuggets-Clippers game has sent positive vibes to fans, who made wild guesses about his surprise appearance. Fans were quick to react to his presence in a Nuggets-Clippers game, guessing he might be joining the Clippers or Nuggets soon.



Irving is expected to return to court in January, which confirms that he will be out of play for the rest of the 2025 season. His boisterous acts at the courtside hinted that he is recovering well, as he showed no sign of pain or discomfort.



Irving previously suffered a fracture in his left hand in July 2024 during the offseason training and went under the knife for the same.








Despite the injuries and surgeries, the manager, Nico Harrison, pins hope on Kyrie, calling him a significant influence on the team.



“The team we’re bringing back is a championship-caliber team,” Harrison shared. “We fully expect to have Kyrie back with us next year.”


Kyrie Irving's recent appearance has indeed ignited the Mavericks fans’ hopes, and it will be interesting to see how and when he returns to the game.
